What is this chakra meditation? Chakras are the centers of energy in human bodies. Our physical and mental wellbeing is affected if the chakras are blocked. Each chakra on a human body has its corresponding color visualization. This distinguishes it from the other chakras. The colors range from red to orange among others. For instance, the root chakra is red in color.
Now, let us understand the different chakras that must not be blocked for chakra clearing. The first chakra is the root chakra which is red in color. It is located at the base of the spinal cord. A balanced root chakra makes you strong, secure and well-grounded. If not, you will be anxious, fearful and with a weak immunity. Second, we have the sacral chakra. This one is orange and is located below the belly button. It leads to happiness if it is balanced. In case it is blocked, sexual difficulties and low motivation are common.
The yellow colored solar plexus chakra is located between the ribcage and navel. If this chakra is balanced, the result is that our confidence is boosted, we become energetic and generally more productive. You will procrastinate, have low energy and insecurities if this chakra is unbalanced. Green is the color of the heart chakra. This is located within the heart and is responsible for love. A balanced heart chakra leads to ease of forming emotional connections, love bonds and spiritual awareness. If blocked, it leads to loneliness, hatred and chest pains.
Located in the throat, the blue colored throat chakra is responsible for communication. Clarity in communication results from a balanced throat chakra. If it is imbalanced, social anxiety and tension while talking can arise. The third eye chakra on the other hand is located on the forehead and is indigo in color. It this chakra is balanced; it gives us clear imagination and communication with the universe. If not, anxiety, headaches and depression may occur.
The last chakra is the crown chakra which is violet in color. Located at the top of the head, it needs to be balanced for you to be open minded for divine guidance.
