ABBF Ms. Fitness Guidelines
MS. FITNESS :
Two catagories : Up to and include 160cm
Over 160 cm
Pre-judging : Round 1 : Two piece bikini
Round 2 : Routine attire
Finals : Round 1 : Two piece bikini
Round 2 : Routine attire
ATTIRE FOR ROUND 1 & ROUND 2
** Competitors may have their own choice for the color and style of the bikini and high-heels.
** G strings are strictly disallowed. Bikini bottom must cover a minimum of one-half of the buttocks
** Glitter or sparkles on the body is prohibited.
** Competitors may dress as they deem appropriate in order to
perform their routines in the Round 2 ( Fitness routine ).
** The length of the Fitness routine will be up to a max. of 90 seconds with music at their own choice.
** G-strings are not be allowed and CANNOT be worn on top of leotards, fishnet stockings or tights, also cannot be worn underneath a skirt or outerwear so as to reveal the buttocks while peform onstage.
** While performing onstage and G-strings can be seen, the posing music will be stopped and the competitor will be disqualified.
** The hair may be styled and jewelry may be worn but not excessive.
** For safety reason, the use of body oil is not allowed.
** Any substances or items or objects that needed to be transported to the stage to assist the performance onstage during the fitness routine is disallowed. ( The use of PROPS is probibited ), but small articles or items that can be carried by hand is permitted. e.g. cane.
** Competitors must enter and exist the stage - cannot be carried on stage.
** During the fitness routine, competitors can be performed barefoot or in athletic shoes.
** Competitors may wear sponsorship logos but dimensions cannot exceed 4cm x 8cm.
 MS. BODY FITNESS :
Two catagories : Up to and include 160cm
Over 160 cm
Pre-judging : Round 1 : Two piece bikini
Round 2 : One piece swimsuit
Round 3 : Two piece bikini
Finals : Round 1 : Two piece bikini
Round 2 : One piece swimsuit
Round 3 : Two piece bikini
ATTIRE FOR ROUND 1 ( TWO PIECE BIKINI )
1) The bikini will be plain, in solid black color.
2) Fabric will be in cloth material ( no plastic or rubberized )
3) Matt in texture, no shiny material.
4) No ornamentation, frills, lacework or borders.
5) The bikini must cover a minimum one-half of the buttock.
6) Shoes must be black, classic stiletto pump, closed toe and heel. Sole thickness will be no greater than 1/4", siletto height wil be no greater than 5".
7) Platform high-heels will be strictly prohibited.
8) Hair can be styled.
9) No jewlery except wedding ring and small stud-type earrings.
ATTIRE FOR ROUND 2 ( ONE PIECE SWIMSUIT )
1) Competitor may have their own choice for the color, material and texture of the one piece swimsuit.
2) The swimsuit must cover a min. 1/2 of the buttock.
3) Shoes must be classic stiletto pump, closed toe and heel. Sole thickness will be no greater than 1/4", siletto height will be no greater than 5". COLOR AT THE COMPETITORS DISCRETION.
4) Platform high-heels will be strictly prohibited.
5) Hair can be styled.
6) Jewelry may be worn, with limits.
ATTIRE FOR ROUND 3 ( TWO PIECE BIKINI )
1) Color, texture and material at the discretion of the competitor.
2) The bikini must cover a minimum one-half of the buttock.
3) High-heel will be worn during the round. Shoe STYLE AND COLOR may be at the competitor's discretion. Sole thickness will be no greater than 1/4", siletto height will be no greater than 5".
4) Platform high-heels will be strictly prohibited.
5) Hair can be styled.
6) Jewelry may be worn, with limits.
AS MS. FITNESS AND MS. BODY FITNESS HAVE ONLY BEEN INTRODUCED TO ASIA IN THESE RECENT YEARS, ABBF IS A BIT FLEXIBLE WITH THE RULES FOR ATTIRE AND SHOES REQUIREMENTS. BUT ALL THE POINTS OF THE ABOVE ARE APPLICABLE TO THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS, WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS AND ALL OTHER FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS UNDER IFBB.
